Meeting every Thursday at lunchtime at the Corporate Research Center (CRC) in Blacksburg, VA, the NRV Lunch Bunch embraces efficiency and fun, while following the self-paced Toastmaster Pathways curriculum.

Toastmasters International is an organization dedicated to improving communication and leadership skills. The program is affordable, self-paced, self-directed, and effective.

Members take turns running the meetings, delivering prepared and impromptu speeches, and giving valuable feedback—practicing the skills you need to move forward.
