About the Speakers
Sam Rasoul, Managing Director – Roanoke
Sam has experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate industries, and has managed accounting, marketing, sales, human resources, and operations functions to increase sales, reduce employee turnover, improve communications, restructure debt, optimize cash flow, negotiate vendor and partner contracts, expand operations, and coordinate strategy sessions. His nearly two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, business professor, CFO, and COO in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors enable him to understand a company’s dynamics, identify opportunities and barriers, and deliver people-centered solutions for organizational change.
Chip Bowman, Managing Director – Business Development & Head of Growth
Chip’s hands on experience in C-level operating and finance roles includes establishing finance and accounting systems, improving organizational governance, operational improvement, systems design and implementation, and the evaluation and hiring of outside advisors, consultants, and professional service providers. Chip has also led pre-acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and new venture startups. He spent his early career working as a corporate banker in Virginia, Boston, DC, and Silicon Valley with a specialty in lending to private equity and venture capital portfolio companies and complex structured finance situations including debt restructuring. In his current role Chip helps develop Fahrenheit’s overall business by building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate level executives and referral sources and providing clients with customized strategies for solving their challenges and growing their business.
