NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Jan. 12, 2024 – ITA International is proud to announce it has been awarded a contract with a potential value of over $95 million from the U.S. General Services Administration. This significant achievement marks a pivotal step in ITA’s commitment to providing technology-enabled professional services to government agencies.

“This contract award exemplifies our team’s dedication to addressing critical challenges and providing invaluable support to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM),” said Mike Melo, CEO of ITA. “We are thrilled and deeply committed to applying our expertise and innovative approaches to enhance decision-quality data, to significantly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the U.S. Army’s decision-making processes.”

Designed to address current challenges in acquiring decision-quality data and enhancing operational efficiency, ITA will utilize capabilities of the Logistics Common Operating Picture (LOGCOP) tool under this new contract supporting the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team, part of the CECOM Software Engineering Center. This includes improving test analysis, training, logistics data management, software development and the integration of advanced simulation support and performance metrics. The implementation of LOGCOP is expected to significantly aid in streamlining decision-making processes, a critical component in the leadership strategy of the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command.

Melo added, “This is not just a project for us; it’s a five-year partnership with groundbreaking advancements, where every day will bring us closer to redefining the standards of efficiency and effectiveness in military support and decision-making processes.”
