Growing Corporate Law Firm Seeks Corporate Paralegals and Legal Secretaries (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and self-starter attitude required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with document preparation, typing, scheduling, and other general administrative duties.

• Assist attorneys with all stages of corporate formations, organizations, and corporate filings.

• Prepare, review, redline, and edit documents, contracts, corporate filings, and templates.

• Maintain corporate records, obtain necessary corporate documents, and draft, review, and file corporate governance documents.

• Organize and maintain client corporate entity records, including minutes, policies, and other governance records.

Successful candidate will have strong writing, typing, and editing skills. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must. Successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately.
