As we dive into a new year, I am thankful for the remarkable journey we’ve shared as a community and excited about the growth of the park in the coming years. Our team is working hard to make your experience nothing short of stellar. A few highlights are below:
CRC Tenant Advisory Council (TAC)
Strong connection among our community is a renewed priority for us, and the newly formed Tenant Advisory Council has prompted thoughtful discussions, innovative ideas, and promoted a collaborative spirit. These contributions have not only facilitated better communication and understanding but have also fostered a sense of unity and shared purpose among our diverse group of tenants. Thank you to all who volunteer their time to this effort.
Updated CRC Conference Rooms
Over the past year, we have invested in updates to our conference room facilities to provide a better experience for collaboration and knowledge-sharing. These improvements aim to create spaces that inspire creativity and teamwork. Look for more technology updates this year as we work to modernize our shared spaces.
Affordable New Labs
I’m proud of our team for launching COgro Labs and accomplishing the major objective of lowering the barrier of entry for early-stage startups who need critical bench space. This has been an important new offering that we’ve worked on over the past year with the vision to make it easier for entrepreneurs to get started.
Leaning into Global Challenges
Fostering an innovative ecosystem is at the core of our mission, and our team has been working diligently to encourage programs and collaboration in key emerging areas of critical global impact. From healthcare innovation to clean energy to frontiers of AI, the CRC team is working on creating opportunity for partnerships and new ventures. Through labs, testbeds, and new coalitions of industry leaders, we are making meaningful progress toward supporting your bold new ideas.
